Is Starvation really the key to lose weight ?



At one point in time we all have tried different forms of diets/regimes to lose weight. There are plenty methods to lose weight . The best way to go about it is to follow a healthy method. What we are going to discuss right now is whether starvation is the correct way of losing weight ?
No, It isn't a good way because you could become ill and your body needs food and water. Try eating less food but don't starve yourself.

Will I lose weight when I am starving myself for hours ? Probably yes, you will . Specially in the beginning. At that time you are giving your body less calories and the body will require more to function so it tries to access your fats. Also you will be dropping water weight so the scale will most likely show you a drop in weight but once your body becomes used to of it , it becomes scared because your body feels weak and it doesn’t really know when are you going to eat next. The body will then try to store even the healthy foods as fats.
Eat really healthy low carb/calorie snacks A BUNCH, that way your body knows it will get food a lot and so it doesn't need to store fat!

Another very negative impact of starving is your organs will stop functioning properly, the immune system will get weaker and you will generally feel lethargic. You can get infections very easily because your body wont have the nutrients to fight them.

When trying to lose weight one must try to adapt to a lifestyle which they can follow for a longer period of time. Despite being unhealthy form of diet, you cannot continue on with this for longer. Eventually you are going to start eating. When you start to eat again your body will store more fat to protect itself better the next time you starve. So don't do it.
